Weekly Exercise: Notice Nature Around You

Exercise: For one week, write down all the elements of nature that seem to stand out, that cross your path often, or that seem to make an effort to get your attention (I'm talking about the bee that landed on my leg while I was sitting inside an enclosed patio.)


At the end of the week, reflect on the emotions, situations, or themes you went through during the week and ponder over what these elements may have been communicating with you.


*Tip: if you are struggling to make connections, research spiritual elements or themes associated with the elements of Nature that you noticed or pull an oracle or Tarot card as a clarifier.
