The Authors
Gary Brock and Kelly Brock Tuck are a father-daughter team who have collaborated and composed over one hundred original short stories while living across the country from each other.
Gary was born into a military family in Delaware but has lived in Eastern North Carolina since the early 70’s. He has worked over thirty-five years in the banking industry beginning in collections and repossessions and ultimately becoming a bank president. Gary is married to Ellen Brock. They have three children and two grandchildren.

Kelly was born and raised in Eastern North Carolina and has always loved to write. Because of this she enrolled and graduated from the Institute of Children’s Literature. She has written and self-published three novels in the young adult/science fiction genre (Shadows of Darkness, Light in Darkness, and Consumed by Darkness). After graduating East Carolina University, Kelly taught as a middle school English and writing teacher for five years. When Kelly married her husband, an airman, the military lifestyle took them to Texas and Florida, where they currently reside with their two daughters.
